"What you tend to see, as the globalization cycle persists is increasing and increasing maldistribution of the gains from globalization it leads to a lot more inequality. And this tends to produce, over time, a reaction which will close down globalization. And that's been the pattern that we saw in the 20th century, and it's likely a pattern we see at the current moment. Chile is a perfect example of this process."
